The Chef's Big Idea... To create a foundation with the
capability of linking the global chef, and offering culinary advice
on the global art of cuisine management. The focus ranges from
general techniques to what is termed ASS creativity (Advanced
Simplicity Style)... Meaning simple ingredients {not
necessarily food} + basic artistry {some
coordination talent}= stylish cuisine
{customer satisfaction}.
